International uproar as Sheffield University tries to fire whistleblower

Readers may be interested in the case of Dr Aubrey Blumsohn at the University of Sheffield. In brief the University of Sheffield attempted to fire Dr Blumsohn for raising issues of possible pharmaceutical company fraud and maladministration. The University of Sheffield has ended up with extensive press exposure, resignations and an international uproar.
